Digital print on canvas
The panoramic picture tool, so often used to record streetscapes, acquires quite a different look when applied to document domestic back garden individualisms. Here it is reduced to simple wireframe still based on the somehow dramatic shots – derived from spatial constraints or proud attitude – as are found on blogs, estate advertisements, architectural websites…
The result is an inverse street profile where extensions become – due to the shift of scale and interest – the monumental side of town and the visual proportions allow for conservatory to be lawn temples.
