These images explore the transition between the scales of design models at area level, site level and reality.
The contrast of volume to materiality alters with each step up in scale.
This house was originally conceived in 2008 and four years later was eventually built, the reality reflecting the process of the modeling.
So, from a model object of 80mm x 40mm x 40mm to a built reality of 16,000mm x 8,000mm x 8,000mm the vision remains intact.
